At the last Bees United board meeting held last Thursday (28 June) at Griffin Park, the following communication improvements have been approved as a result of consultation with Trust members.
Monthly online Q & A: Questions sent from BU members to BU board members for publication on BU website and published first Thursday of each month.
Meeting Agendas: Published on BU website no later than seven days prior to meeting.
Non-confidential minutes: Current board meeting summary replaced with non-confidential minutes. Contains public section minutes, attendees, and apologies for absence etc. Released to BU website no later than seven days after the relevant BU board meeting.
Updated BU board member information: Profiles to include:
- BU board meeting attendance record (since last elected/re-elected)
- Written Profile & photograph
- Link to original election statement (if applicable – pdf format).
Paper Newsletter mailing: Re-state commitment to issuing paper newsletter to all BU members at least four times a year.
Email newsletter: Monthly Bees United email newsletter containing Trust news and activities.
