It is Bees United (BU) Policy that all its activities are transparent to members.
BU members have the right to attend BU Board Meetings as observers, but they will be unable to attend the parts of the meeting that are deemed confidential by the BU Chairman, in accordance with the BU Board Meeting Attendance Guidelines for those not on the BU Board. The restricted part of the meeting should be minimised.
The agenda and a summary of all BU board meetings will be published via the BU website. If you wish to attend the public section of Monday’s BU board meeting, please e-mail chris.gammon@beesunited.org.uk by Sunday evening.
Monday’s board meeting will decide the election of officers for the following posts: Chairman, Finance Director, Society Secretary, Membership Secretary, Fundraising Director and Communications Director.
