The 2nd Annual General Meeting took place in Stripes Bar at Griffin Park prior to the game with Blackpool on Saturday 2 November 2002.

The formal business of the meeting concluded with the announcement of the results of the postal ballot for additional Society Board members.

Over 500 ballot papers were returned to Electoral Reform Services, and of the nine candidates the following five were elected: Brian Burgess, Alan Fowler, Peter Smith, Steve Cowan, and John Huggins.

At the end of the meeting in a general question and answer session it was announced that the Society Board were considering loaning Brentford FC £150,000 secured against Griffin Park. This will also enable the Society to appoint three additional directors to the football club's board of directors.

It was also announced that a press conference will be held on Wednesday 6 November 2002, where Bees United's plans for a new stadium in Brentford will be announced. Details of the plans were disclosed to the members present and will be made available here as soon as possible.
