The sixth AGM of Bees United took place in St Paul's Parish Centre, St Paul's Road, Brentford on Saturday before the Crewe game.

Approximately 40 members attended with item four of the AGM agenda, regarding amending clause 11 and the removal of clauses 29c and 30, were passed.

With the meeting adjourned due to the Trust's accounts not ready for adoption, the Chair and BU board then took questions from the floor.

The loan note holders' meeting decided on their new representative on the Bees United board, and Paul Stedman was elected unopposed.

The adjourned AGM will take place at a time and venue to be decided, in order to adopt the Trust's accounts. All members will be informed of the date and venue via post with additional reminders via the Trust's website and e-newsletter.
