Notice of company general meetings

The board of directors of both companies propose to update the existing articles of association in order to comply with the Companies Act 2006.

The Griffin Park Stadium Limited General Meeting will start at 2pm in The Hive, at Griffin Park, with the Brentford FC Limited General Meeting will start at 2.15pm at the same venue.

Shareholders are invited to the meetings to consider, and if appropriate, accept the proposed new articles of association for the two companies.
