The 9th Bees United AGM will be held on the evening of Thursday 26 November 2009.
The meeting will commence at 7.30 at the St Paul's Parish Centre (behind Somerfields supermarket), St Paul's Road, Brentford TW8 0PN.
The meeting will, once again, receive the Chairman's report to members and copies of the audited accounts will be available.
The meeting will also hold an affirmative ballot for the election of Greville Waterman and Trevor Inns to serve on the society Board, each for a three year term.
Members should be receiving AGM notices, which will include proxy voting forms and candidate statements, in the coming days. However because of the postal strike action there is likely to be a delay in members receiving their papers. Suffice to say that we will do everything in our power to ensure that members receive papers promptly.
Following the formal AGM agenda, there will be a question and answer session allowing Bees United members to put questions to the Board.
Light refreshments will be available.
