Two of Bees United's subsidiary companies - Brentford FC Limited and Griffin Park Stadium Limited - held their AGMs in The Hive at Griffin Park on Wednesday night prior to the fans forum organised by BIAS.

Griffin Park Stadium Limited AGM

Directors present for GPSL were John Herting, Stephen Callen, Eddie Rogers and Joe Bourke.

Absent: Matt Dolman.

All resolutions on the agenda were passed.

Brentford FC Limited AGM

Directors present for BFC Limited were David Heath, John Herting, Brian Burgess, Jon Gosling, Greg Dyke, Eddie Rogers and Joe Bourke.

Absent: Ian Jones and Rob Esteva.

All resolutions on the agenda were passed. Amongst those, Alan Bird and David Merritt - as representatives of Bees United - were elected to serve on the Brentford FC Limited board of directors.

After both meetings a informal question and answer session took place.
