A full report on the 2004 Bees United AGM will follow in the coming days, but first results from elections to the BU Board, which were announced at the meeting.
A full report on the 2004 Bees United AGM will follow in the coming days, but first results from elections to the BU Board, which were announced at the meeting. From the 1,076 papers which were issued, there was returns from 515 members. The votes were as follows: Stephen Callen 402 votes Bruce Powell 424 votes Jon Gosling 412 votes Ron Cooper 212 votes There were no spoilt papers. With three places available on the Society Board it follows that Stephen Callen; Bruce Powell and Jon Gosling are elected to serve on the Bees United Board for a period of three years. Our thanks to all the candidates. Democracy is the cornerstone of the Supporters' Trust movement, and Bees United are extremely fortunate to have such outstanding candidates putting themselves forward for election. |
