Sponsor a Striker is a fun competition which couples  sponsoring, for £1 or more, each goal scored by your chosen player, with giving yourself a chance to win a free season ticket for next season.

If you sponsor the player who scores the most goals for this season and pay your sponsorship money by the due date, you will be entered  into a draw  and the winner gets a free season ticket for next season.

What better way of helping your club than linking the enjoyment of watching goals being scored, with your contribution towards keeping Brentford alive.

This season's lucky winner was Tom Barwell from Staines, who was one of the many supporters who sponsored Lloyd Owusu, last season’s highest scorer with 14 goals, raising over £1,700.

We are now into the second half of the season  and success on the field of play is more important than ever and  raising money to help the club survive is paramount.

Goals are desperately needed for success and we all want to see the players score and the team win to help our long-term ambitions.
