The Stripes gigs team has been putting on gigs since November 2002 and have developed into a hugely popular music venue in a part of London which is starved of live music - London's best live music venue west of the North Circular, no question.

Stripes has a capacity of 180, and normally charge £5 admission, payable on the door. On 'special occasions' tickets can be purchased in advance. Gigs are normally on a Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

For £5 admission gigs, we also offer £3 admission to students on production of a valid NUS card, to unemployed people on production of a valid ES40 card, and FREE admission to under-16s accompanied by an adult. Similar discounts apply for higher-priced gigs. Doors open at 7:45, and the concert starting at 8:30, and finishing at 11:00, unless otherwise stated.

Traditional Jazz nights are held on the first Monday of every month and can be downloaded from Jazz Gigs listing. The Frog Island Jazz Band can be seen entertaining the crowd.
